Assessment of anti bacterial, anti inflammation and wound healing activity in Wistar albino rats using green silver nanoparticles synthesized from Tagetes erecta leaves

Silver nanoparticles synthesized from plant material have superior bioactivities. The purpose of this current study was to synthesis, characterize and explore the bioactive efficacy silver (Ag-NPs) using aqueous leaf extract Tageteserecta. biosynthesized Ag-NPs were characterized ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), X-ray diffraction Scanning electron microscopy. studied for in-vivo anti-inflammatory wound healing activities performed in female Wistar albino rats. UV –Vis absorption spectrum T.erecta leaves obtained at 428nm due excitation surface plasmon vibration confirms synthesis nanoparticles. FTIR analysis showed presence sulfate, alkene alcohol AgNP T.erectaleaves. average crystallite size found be 27.2 nm. spherical grain 15.5 nm has been depicted with high-resolution scanning Maximum activity (15mm) observed against Salmonella typhi followed by Escherichia coli (12mm). exhibited significant carrageenan-induced paw volume tests Colloidal can simple, nonhazardous methods, T.erectaleaves therapeutic properties.This work evidently confirmed that mediated could considered as a potential source drug.
